My services include long, medium, short term and open-ended therapy.

During our initial consultation we can begin to think together about what option might work best for you.

I am available Monday to Friday for in-person or online sessions.  I work in person in Mare St, Hackney on Mondays and Thursdays.

Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday I am available in Berkhamsted for in-person sessions.

I am also available for 'Walk and Talk' sessions in the Berkhamsted area - dogs are welcome.
